At Bedsure®, we want you to love your sleep experience; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure that all bedding products are returned in their original packaging and in unwashed, sellable condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully fold your bedding and place it in the original box or a secure mailing bag, ensuring all tags and inserts are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
